Hi Sol, I'm sorry it took a bit longer to get your product to you. Due to a system glitch, you were able to order a product in a size we've never carried. We had emailed you about it immediately. When you responded a week later, we got your shipment out right after the Holiday (because the post office was closed) and even paid for Priority shipping to get your products to you sooner and as an apology for the system glitch. I'm very sorry for the delay and any inconvenience. Please understand that what happened was a fluke and our normal processing time is 1-2 days and 3-4 days for shipping.
